• 12 hours of onsite time: Exclusive access to the venue from 12:00PM – 11:00PM on the date of your event with an additional 1-hour rehearsal the Thursday* prior to your event

• The option to add on day-of coordinating services, ensuring a stress-free wedding day

• Wedding boat for couples to take photographs in

• Propane fireplace for guests to enjoy at sundown

• Pre-strung twinkle lights and cafe lights throughout the estate and barn

• 5 full-size wine barrels for decor

• Access to rent anything from our extensive decor closet including handcrafted wood wedding arch,  chiffon drapery, wedding signs, cake stands, candle votives and more.

• Ample parking for guests including designated vendor parking

• Clean, flush restrooms

• Open vendor policy - make your wedding uniquely yours

• Self-sufficient mobile bars and food trucks are welcome onsite any time! 

• Beer, wine and hard alcohol allowed on-site when served by a OLCC licensed & insured bar-tender

• Ice machine included for caterer and bar use

• Up to 2 face-to-face meetings prior to your big day

• Unlimited emails, and calls. We're there for you throughout your entire engagement.

• Vendor recommendations and assistance in the planning process

• Only 1 event per day - always

• No service fees, no external vendor fees, no corkage fees
