• Ample parking for guests including designated vendor and handicap parking

• Clean, wheel-chair accessible restrooms

• Open vendor policy - make your wedding uniquely yours

• Beer, wine and hard alcohol allowed on-site when served by a licensed & insured bar-tender

• Ice machine included for caterer and bar use.

• Venue owner on-site throughout the entirety of your event to ensure your day runs smoothly

• Up to 3 face-to-face meetings prior to your big day

I just had my dream wedding at Springwater Lakes Estate! Rikki is absolutely amazing to work with and went above and beyond to help make my day perfect. The venue itself just takes your breath away with how beautiful it is, once you drive up to the barn the atmosphere is so warm and beautiful. The ponds are spectacular and give so many opportunities for wonderful photos, the barn is breathable, rustic and just so wonderful. There are so many things that make this venue just all around the perfect place for any event you are having. I would highly recommend Springwater Lakes Estate to anyone looking for the perfect venue.
